She was predeceased by: her parents, Don Mayfield and May Adele Mayfield (Lawson); and her brother-in-law Lynn Day. She is survived by: her husband Randy Pamperien; her daughters, Ashley Garner (Randy) of Mountain Grove and Kayla Johnson (Kody) of Mountain Grove; her sisters, Donna Davis (Vince) of Cabool and Vonna Day of Mountain Grove; and her grandchildren, Audrey, Taylor, Bella, Kolton, Kason, Brody, Kalli and Kamden. She is also survived by other relatives, church family and friends.
