He is survived by: his wife Faye; his children, Rod De Kam (Marilyn), Randy De Kam (Angie), Gary De Kam (Elaine) and Joan Jones; his grandchildren, Brian, Katie, Ashley, Chase, Corey, Tucker and Ellie; his sister Marlys Bouw (John); and his sisters-in-law, Hennie De Kam, Evelyn Runia, Adrianne DeKruif and Viola Dekruif. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
