He is survived by: his parents, Tommy Ellis and Leotta Ellis (Barnes) of Mountain Grove, Missouri.; his siblings, Daniel Moore of Graff, Ashley Gonzalez (Moore) of Lebanon, Dameon Moore of Mountain Grove and Preston Ellis of Ames, Iowa.; and his grandparents, Loy Ellis and Arlene Ellis (Parsons). He is also survived by other loving family members, including many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
