He was predeceased by : his parents, Gene Turner and Maude Turner (Wade); his brothers, Terry Turner and Ted Turner; his nieces and nephews, John Turner, Brian Turner, Brad McGowan, Anna Mackey and Micki Kline; his siblings-in-law, Eldon Mackey, Donnie Gaddis, Pat McGowan, Billy Mackey and Linda McGowan; and his grandson Ralph Bashor.
He is survived by : his wife Nancy Lee Mackey; his sister-in-law Louese Turner; his son Steven Lee Turner (Pam); his grandson Dalton Lee Turner; his siblings, Delores Gaddis and David Turner; his grandchildren, Shawna Bashor, Shawna Morton, Amanda Goetter, Cortney Brock, Collin Bashor, Owen Bashor and Ellie Goetter; and his daughter-in-law Pam Turner. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, sisters-in-law, brother-in-law, cousins.
