He is survived by: his wife Shelvie Miller; his children, Charles Worthem, Marie Ford and Shirley Tetreault; his niece Linda Webb; and his grandchildren, Chris Coover, Ryan Coover, Angela Bogner, Chris Ford, Paul Ford, David Ford, Victoria Draper, Charlie Worthem and Brian Worthem. He is also survived by twenty-two great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and many other relatives, church family, and friends.
