He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Clifford and Hazel Clifford (Felger); his foster father Harry; his close friend Edwin H. Clifford; and his siblings, Joan Bennett, Paul, Robert, Dick and Charlie Clifford.
He is survived by: his wife Berneice M. Kleine; his daughters, Teresa M. Clifford and Brenda J. Clifford; his family, Ethan, Kaite, Cole, Gretchen, Jenaveve and Ean Frederick Peterson; and his brothers, Kenny Clifford of Columbia City and Jerry Clifford of Auburn.
As the family is traveling back to Missouri, memorials to the Whitley County Community Foundation are preferred rather than flowers.
