He is survived by: his sons, James Rice Jr. (Misty) of Texas, Michael Rice of Tulsa and Timothy Rice of Indiana; his siblings, Jeff Rice (Janet) of Granby, Deborah Venson (Lonnie) of Neosho and Rebecca Gibson (Jason) of Granby, Missouri; and his stepchildren, Jeremiah Trout (Cady), Shelby Trout, Steven and Nathan Trout (Leandra).
