She was predeceased by: her parents, Anna Maude Smith (Roark) and Richard Howard Smith. She is survived by: her daughter Leslie Anne Ballew (Bowman); her sister Barbara Joan Harker (Smith); her niece Cynthia Lee Vessey (Harker); her great-nephews, Julian and Sebastian; Jonathan.
A memorial service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Episcopal Church (215 N Wall St, Mountain Grove, MO 65711).
