He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Richard and Clyda Mae Lawler (Harlamert); and his siblings, Yvonne Wiggins, Deloris Spencer, Lavon Lawler, Jim Lawler, Ray Lawler and Sandra Mack.
He is survived by: his wife Nealma Lawler; his stepchildren, Connie Stuart (Pat) of Willow Springs and Jerry Masengill (Michelle) of Springfield, Missouri; his stepgranddaughter Nikki Wake (Nathan) of Willow Springs; and his stepgreat-grandchildren, Natalie, Noah, Nixon and Neely Wake of Willow Springs. He is also survived by several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law; and many nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Craig-Hurtt Funeral Home - Mountain Grove (315 N Main St, Mountain Grove, MO 65711). A burial will be held on Monday, October 26th 2026 at the Friendship Cemetery (5488 MO-95, Mountain Grove, MO 65711).
