He was predeceased by : his mother Norma Rose Allen (Miller); his brothers, Robert and Russel Allen; and his granddaughters, Shelby Allen and Kodi Rust.
He is survived by : his wife Sheron Allen; his children, Brian Allen (Brandi), Angela Keehner (Robert) and Willie Allen; his siblings, Rex Allen (Bonnie) and Alice Emerson (Ralph); and his aunts, Chris, Vickie and Doris Allen. He is also survived by nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren.
