He was predeceased by: his son Robin Cox; and his parents, Leslie Cox and Berniece Gregory. He is survived by: his wife Ann Cox; and his children, John Gross, Jr. of Kennett, MO, Mark Gross of Ft. Walton Beach, FL, Kim Gross (Pamela) of St. Augustine, FL, Gordon Edwards (Sonya) of Clever, MO, Gary Edwards (Lori) of Mansfield, MO and Candace Struble of Oklahoma City, OK. He is also survived by 20 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
