He is survived by : his mother Doris Allen (Hutsell) of Mountain Grove; his pets, Boone, Bindy, Osa and Squatch; his wife MaryBeth Arnold; his siblings, Sherri Ratterree (Ed) of Cabool and Steve Allen (Diane) of Mountain Grove; his stepchildren, John Elliott (Amber) of Paragould and Alonda Jones (Lance) of Mountain Grove; his grandchildren, Lacy, Katie, Kiara (Owen), Reina, Kylee, Blane, Chase and Azlyn; his great grandchildren, Remington and Claire; and his niece Jenny Lawler.
