He was predeceased by: his parents, William Daily and Marcia West (Pond); his stepfather Jesse West; and his son Jesse Lee Daily. He is survived by: his children, Shawn Daily Jr. and Amber Daily; his girlfriend Susan Benson; his girlfriend's children, Seanna Benson and DJ Benson; his grandchildren, Sage, David, Daisy, Dixie and Brett; his great grandchild Hazel Mae; and his siblings, Doug Daily, Greg Daily (Donna), Brian Daily (Brenda), John Daily (Donna), Debbie Baker and Becky Daily. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, great-nephews, and great-nieces.
