He is survived by: his child Misti; his grandsons, Cory and Tristan; his children, Ovie Loge of Muskogee, Shane (Kathy Gaddis), Aaron (Melanie Gaddis) and Megan (Jack Noirfalise); his grandchildren, Talon Watson (Haylee), Jonathan Cook (Ashley), Andrew, Joel, Dylan, Mackenzie Loge, Connor Gaddis, Aiden, Luke, Chase Johnson, Matty Roth, Chaseton, Carson, Parker Gaddis, Hunter Sparks, Trenton Noirfalise, Maecy Montgomery (Bryndynn) and Brody Noirfalise; his great grandchildren, Embri Watson, Amelia Loge, Levi Beauvais, Addison Gaddis and Axle Eaton; and his siblings-in-law, Dee Gaddis of Troy, Cheryl Womack of Peoria, Arizona, Michele Lietch of Marshfield, Donna Hopper of Republic, Missouri and James Hopper (Sharon) of Greenwood, Arkansas..
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorial contributions be made to "Shop With A Hero," a nonprofit organization Tommy founded to support children in need.
