He is survived by: his wife Terry Royal; his siblings, Frank Plunk (Gail) and Patricia Grooms; his son Warren Chiahsiung Plunk; his stepson Tony Dawson (Christina); his daughter Nancy Plunk; his stepdaughters, Rachelle Paccassi (Aaron) and Mindy Jeffrey (Allen); his grandchildren, Grady Dawson, Stone Dawson, Jade Ellis (Ethan), Jasmine Taylor (Dustin), Jessica Paccassi, Amanda Johnston (Seth), Brigman Bell, Devin Bell (Alyssa), Warren Plunk and Weldon Plunk; his great grandchildren, Gatlyn Ellis, Kayce Ellis, Charlee Ellis, Elayna Taylor, Zane Taylor, Arianna Taylor, Dax Taylor, Hadley Johnston, Harper Johnston and Harker Bell; and his son Ron Mitchell.
