Zelpha Scott Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Zelpha Scott of Mountain Grove, Missouri, born in Macomb, Missouri, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 11, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Glen Jones and Christiana Jones (Davidson); her brothers, James, Samuel, Richard M. and Huland Jones; her grandsons, Jason "Bacon" Thornton and Graham Spindler; and her daughter-in-law Glenda Scott.

She is survived by: her children, Jerry Scott (Leigh) of Norwood, Randy Scott (Peggy) of Springfield, Missouri, Pam Spindler (Troy) of Macomb and Linda Mallernee (Randy) of Norwood; and her grandchildren, Nathan Moore (Jamie), Scott Mallernee (Jessica), Jacob Scott (Misty), Justin Scott (Anya), Tim Thornton II (Heidi) and Nasha Lambert. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; six great-great-grandchildren; and a host of other relatives and dear friends.
