She was predeceased by: her parents, Virgil Lewis and Opal Anderson (Spoon); her husband Marvin Collins; her siblings, Ruby Rishel, Lena Anderson, Thelma Collins and Lee Estel Lewis; her children-in-law, Butch Smith and Carla Reese; and her cousin Gene Campbell.

She is survived by: her children, Marvin Duane "Wayne", Joe Linn (Sandy), Jimmy Dale "Flash" and Barbara Fisher (Donald); and her sister Liz Barnett. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren; five great-great-grandchildren.
