He was predeceased by: his father George R.; his siblings, Pauline and Willie; his niece Pam; and his brother Joe.
He is survived by: his niece Linda Fisher (Jerry) of Mountain View; and his nephew Bruce Crouch of Kentucky. He is also survived by 10 great-nieces and nephews; 17 great-great nieces and nephews; and 15 great-great-great nieces and nephews.
