She was predeceased by: her parents, William Everett Sullivan and Rhoda Belle Sullivan (Neal); her siblings, Everett "Sonny" Sullivan and Inez Birlew (Gerald Rightnowar); and her children, Baby Richard, Arnold Rightnowar, Carol Bell and Marilyn Sykes.
She is survived by: her son-in-law Daryl Bell (Bobbie); and her grandchildren, Bradley Bell (Rebekah), Emily Steelman (Rob), Arnold F. Rightnowar, Randy Rightnowar, Dean Rightnowar (Joely) and Tammy Roberts (Kenny). She is also survived by 18 great grandchildren, and 6 great great grandchildren.
