She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Brawley and Gladys Brawley (Farris); her husband James William Adams; her granddaughter Felicity Adams; and her siblings, Henry Brawley, Raymond Brawley, Mildred Vance, Margie Shepherd, Betty O'Kelly, Ethel Nail and Antha Smith.
She is survived by: her children, James Albert Adams of Alton, MO, Jerry Allen Adams (Bonnie) of Dorsey, IL, Jesse Austin Adams (Kim) of Troy, MO, Jason Andrew Adams of Van Buren, MO and Charlotte Kay Johnson (Rick) of Alton, MO; her sisters, Nancy Lindsey and Daisey Arrendondo-Rucinski; her grandchildren, Colton Godsy (Corie), Matthew Godsy (Rosalee), Caleb Adams (Traci), Lukas Adams (Ashley), Kaelynn Adams, Brooke Adams and Joshua Adams; and her great grandchildren, Westley Adams and Karson Adams. She is also survived by many relatives and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Wilderness Freewill Baptist Church (113 Oregon County 158, Fremont, MO 63941). A funeral service was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
