Haley; his children, Scott Haley (Cari Glitz Haley) and Stephanie Haley Trevino (Louis Trevino); his grandchildren, Jenna Smith, Samantha Smith, Louis R. Trevino, Bailey Haley and Tori Remington; and his great grandchildren, Eli, Evelyn and Eloise.

The inurnment will be held on Friday, November 6th 2026 from 1:15 PM to 1:45 PM at the DFW National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, November 7th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Trinity Grace Church (1200 Clover Hill Rd, Mansfield, TX 76063).
