He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Griffin and Alma "Maxine" Griffin (Croy); his wife Betty Griffin (Alford); and his siblings, John, Cecil Griffin, Mary Francis, Neoma Sandage, Pearl Griffin and Bertha Dillinger.
He is survived by: his daughter Ashley Lamkin (Michael); his stepdaughter Jami Yates; his sisters, Ruth Wells (Leonard) and Rita Wilkes (Jerry); and his grandchildren, Peyton, Cooper, Damien and Mason. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family.
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Cotrell Willow Ridge Funeral & Cremation Services (1100 Iron Bridge Rd, Poplar Bluff, MO 63901). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 30th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
