He is survived by: his sons, Jason Maynard of Farmington and Josh Maynard of Farmington, Missouri; his grandchildren, Kylie, Avery, Perri, Joseph, Skyler and Blake; and his siblings, Betty Hopkins of Jonesboro, Mona McKnight of Corning, Arkansas, James Maynard of Corning and Larry Maynard of Jonesboro, Arkansas..
