He was predeceased by: his parents, Alvin Isom and Drucilla Crumley Isom; his daughter Sarah Beth Cozart; and his siblings, Sherry Bell, Regina Isom and James Franklin Isom (Frankle).
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Day; his daughter Remia McCarey (Dan) of Fredericktown, MO; his son-in-law Terry Cozart of Neelyville; his sisters, Shelia Helzer (Carter) of Jefferson City, Patricia Frazier (Larry) of Nixa and Lisa Isom of Colorado; his sister-in-law Iva Isom of Poplar Bluff; his grandsons, Randy Birdsong (Jennifer), Cody Birdsong (Kelcie) and Mark Cozart (Stacey); and his great grandchildren, Caleb, Carson, Marcey, Kylan and Adaline.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
