She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Koziarz and Margaret Koziarz; her husband Michael Gillham; and her brother Rick Koziarz. She is survived by: her daughters, Laurie Testerman of Neosho, MO and Paula Parsons of Joplin, MO; her sister Pamela Makiel of Hammond, IN; and her sister-in-law LeAnn Koziarz of Wichita, KS. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren, several nieces and nephews and several great nieces and nephews.
