She was predeceased by : her parents, Harold Curtis and Vivian Lewis (Swanson). She is survived by : her husband Bill Lewis; her children, Kerri Patterson (Jeff) of Neosho and Curt Lewis of San Diego, California; her grandchildren, Kelsi Johnson, Emily Johnson, Carlee Patterson and Blake Patterson; her siblings, Jim Stephenson (Marcy) and Gaylene Farwell (Stona) of Cassville; and also, Chris and Chrisie Hightower.
