He was predeceased by : his mother Shirley Gray. He is survived by : his father Charles Gray of Neosho; his siblings, Ethan Gray of Neosho, Alisha Gray of Neosho, Dustin Baker of Neosho, Whitney Stevens (Michael) of Neosho and Sarah Graham (Cliff) of Anderson; and his nieces and nephews, Hunter Rakes, Carson Baker, Maddisyn Stevens, Hudson Baker, Roper and Rozyn Graham.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in memory of Chad can be made to the American Diabetes Association, 15455 Conway Rd. Chesterfield, MO 63017, symbolizing his caring spirit and concern for others.
