She was predeceased by: her parents, Chester Lee and Elma Christine McCool (Henderson); her husband James William Slinkard (JW); her brothers, Leo McCool, Jerry McCool, Orlie McCool and Lon McCool; and her grandson Ryan Wade Sink.
She is survived by: her sons, Richard Clayton Sink of Goodman and Alan Sink of Anderson. She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
