He is survived by: his wife Patricia "Pat" (Hull); his children, Sandy Rupp (Mike) of Nixa, Scott Stanley (Darla) of Carthage and Ronda Buller of Joplin; his grandson Johnny Carlton (Becky) of Anderson, Missouri.; and his cousins, Rick Morris of Neosho, Reita McCray (Jim) of Brier, WA and Penny Coleman (John) of Springfield, Missouri.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, a great granddaughter and a great grandson.
