He was predeceased by: his parents, Orville Burkhart and Emma Jean (McGraw); and his siblings, Tex Burkhart and Linda J. Tanner. He is survived by: his wife Linda Schlessman; his daughter Casey (Haden Henson); his grandson Sean Henson; and his sister Deanna Gorham. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
