He was predeceased by : his stepfather Jimmy Manar. He is survived by : his parents, James Whittington (Shirley) and Verna Manar (Whittington) of Neosho; and his siblings, Kevin Whittington, Kimberly Musgrave (Cecil) of Neosho, Kristie Putnam of Joplin, Judith Laningham (Larry) of Fayetteville, Sheila Bishop (Bob) of Neosho, Mona McGee of Neosho, Ray Ethridge (Kelly) of Neosho and Chester Ethridge of Anderson. He is also survived by his nieces and nephews.
