He was predeceased by: his parents, Basil Sparlin and Ruby Sparlin; his wife Jessie Cooper; and his siblings, Theodore Sparlin and Joyce Keener.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Sparlin (Susan), Jerry Sparlin (C. J.) and Kathy King (Roger) of Maysville, AR; his brother Leroy Sparlin; and his grandmother Lee Bates of Miami, OK. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other family and friends.
