He is survived by: his parents, Lowell Mackey and Judy Burkhart (Jackie); his wife Heather Mackey; his children, Carter Mackey, Kelsey Mackey, Derek Lawrence (Kacee) of Neosho, Shawn Lawrence (Angelica) and Nick Lawrence (Molly); his stepmother Christina; his brother Dustin Mackey; his nephew Miles Mackey; and his grandchildren, Walker, Kennedy, Jude and Oliver. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
