He is survived by: his parents, Nikki Chase and Ashley Gilbert; his siblings, Emma, Gunner, Noah, Colton and Kaylee; his grandparents, Randy, Chelly Martin, Angie, Todd Cholka and Jeff Hodson; his great-grandparents, Dolores, Don Brown, Tom and Dian Martin; and his aunts and uncles, Shylee Martin, Michael Nelson (Ketchup Man), Jacob Cholka, Katie, Terry Cook, Tasha Hines, Jessica and TJ Clark.
