Though Ivan Reuel has departed this earthly realm, his legacy endures — a legacy of love that will continue to illuminate the lives of family and friends in the darkest of hours. May his spirit soar on wings of eternal peace, forever cherished in the tender embrace of memory.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Harvey Winkelman and Effie Winkelman (Crabtree). He is survived by: his children, Paula De Cillis of Gig Harbor, WA and Eldon Winkelman; his stepdaughters, Carol Hamilton of Gig Harbor, WA and Claudia Toback of Warsaw, MO; and his siblings, Bill Winkelman, Lily Luquette, Julia Wittman, Jane Barrier, Lorraine Smith and Alicia Vostrej. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; and numerous great-grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850). A burial was held on Wednesday, July 16th 2025 at the Ragan Cemetery.
