He is survived by: his wife Shirley Joann (Cox); his children, Kevin Whittington of Neosho, Kimberly Musgrave (Cecil) of Neosho, Kristie Putnam of Joplin, Shelia Bishop (Bob) of Neosho, Mona McGee of Neosho, Raymond Ethridge (Kelly) of Neosho and Chester Ethridge (Brenda) of Anderson, Missouri; and his siblings, Rayleen Weems of Joplin, Shirley Bilyeu (Don) of Sparta, Lena Young of Joplin, Linda Jones of Joplin, Shelia Robinson (Gene) of Wheaton, Cindy Blankenship (Lloyd) of Neosho and Marvin Whittington of Neosho, Missouri.. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.
