He was predeceased by : his parents, James Rodney Neal Sr. and Louise Neal (Daugherty); his siblings, Karen DePung, Michael Neal and Kenneth Neal; and his daughter-in-law Charmaine Neal.
He is survived by : his wife Catherine Neal (Sayre); his children, Brian Neal, Cathy Stephens (Robert) and Lenny Neal (Judy); and his sister Virginia Wilder (Gary). He is also survived by fourteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren.
