With solemn reverence, we commemorate Jill Carter of Neosho, Missouri, born in Joplin, Missouri, whose life came to an end on December 3, 2025 at the age of 72, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Carter; her children, Megan Bultema (Jarred), Kelly Roberts (Avery) and James Carter (Kayla); her siblings, Judy Schneider, Jan Rowell and Sam Jeffcott; her grandchildren, Torsten, Stella, Maeson, Shelby, Audrin, Copeland and J. R.; and her great grandchildren, Scottie and Lylia.
Visitation was held on Thursday, December 4th 2025 from 4:30 PM to 6:30 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850). A memorial service was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the First Christian Church (1314 Oak Ridge Dr, Neosho, MO 64850).
The family requests contributions in honor of Jill be made to Neosho Bright Futures, The Alzheimer's Association, or First Christian Church.
