He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Giles Tarrant and Annabelle Tarrant; and his children, James Giles Tarrant, Timothy "Pat" Tarrant and Regina RoseAnn Lowrie. He was also cherished by his wife of nearly 70 years, their three children, and five grandsons.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Clark Funeral Home (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 4th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Neosho Ioof Cemetery.
