He was predeceased by: his former spouse Lota Joan Dwyer. He is survived by: his wife Christine Schreiner Wing; his children, Leah Skaggs (Mark) of Broken Arrow, Robin Chukitus (Drew) of Everett, Washington, Jeff Dwyer (Arlynn) of Carmichael, Patrick Dwyer of Neosho, Matthew Dwyer (Missie) of Springfield, Peter Dwyer of Portsmouth and Thomas Dwyer (Marilyn) of Collinsville, Oklahoma; his siblings, Ervin Dwyer of LaCrosse, Wisconsin, Rose Basham (Michael) of Boulder and Vanita Arttus of LaCrosse, WI; his stepsons, Jason Killen of Eureka Springs and Shawn McWilliams of Carlston, Iowa; and his grandsons, Cain Dwyer, Jack Dwyer, Chad Dwyer, Tyler Dwyer, Lucas Skaggs, Matt Skaggs, Pallbearers, Patrick Dwyer, Peter Dwyer, Thomas Dwyer, Matthew Dwyer, Jeff Dwyer and Mark Skaggs. He is also survived by fifteen grandchildren; thirteen great-grandchildren and five step grandchildren; other family and many friends.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Food Basket Brigade of Neosho in memory of Kenneth and may be entrusted to the mortuary.
