He is survived by: his sister Amy Crossley of Independence, Missouri.; his wife Donna; his children, Dr. David Kendall (Kathi) of Neosho and Tracy Dittmer (Tim) of Neosho; his grandchildren, Jon Dittmer of Neosho, Jason Dittmer of Neosho, Chad Kendall (Kiril) of New York City and Hailey Mason (Devin) of Independence, Missouri; and his great grandchildren, Turner, Skyler, Elijah, Rhyker, Kayden, Lilly, Rhaelynn and Kaya.
