We are sad to announce that, on December 30, 2025, at the age of 84, Lois Jean Hammack (Neosho, Missouri) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
Though Lois may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lois touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard T Tackett and Rose Mae Tackett (Romstead); her husband Lonny Hammack; her brother Dewayne Tackett; and her son Lonny Dewayne Hammack.
She is survived by: her daughter Cheri Sanders of Independence, Missouri; her grandson Ronnie Sanders (Ashley) of Lawrence, Kansas; her sisters-in-law, Masako Tackett of Neosho and Florence Hammack of Neosho; and her niece Faith Taylor (Tom) of Kansas City, Missouri..
