He was predeceased by: his parents, Alcy E. Williams (Parmalee) and Darby Wallace Williams; his brother Bruce K. Williams; and his grandparents, Ella C. Parmalee (Brixey) and James P. Parmalee.
He is survived by: his sisters, Alicia Brock, Cynthia Talbot, Elizabeth Hatcliff and Sonja Williams of Waynsville, MO; and his daughter Kassie Rhoades. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren as well as many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
