He is survived by: his wife Phyllis Ruth Surratt; his children, Shawn Weyer (Sarah) of Blue Rapids, KS, Bambi Browhow (Lawrence) of Joplin, MO, Janice Bane of Brooksville, FL, Lindsay Rice (Daniel) of Hunstville, AR, Brandon Surratt (Whitney) of Forney, TX and Matthew Surratt of Tacoma, WA; his grandchildren, Alex, RJ, Elijah, Bentley, Lui, Augustus, Lionel, Bearon, Selena, Carley, Nicole, Larissa, Faythe, Meagan, Rylee and Makayla; his great grandchild Persephone; his siblings, James (Dorothy), Tom of Carl Junction, MO, Danny (Marlys), Barbara Haworth of Miami, OK, Cheryl (Dannie Walker), Tina Epps of Houston, TX and Debra Grant of Fort Valley, VA; and his siblings-in-law, Rose (Doug) and Jeff. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
