He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Cline and Alyse Newcomb; and his former wife JoAnn. He is survived by: his wife Mary Jean Palmer.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the First Christian Church (1314 Oak Ridge Dr, Neosho, MO 64850). A graveside service will be held on Wednesday, November 19th 2025 at the Neosho Ioof Cemetery (901 E South St, Neosho, MO 64850).
