He was predeceased by : his sister JoAnn. He is survived by : his sons, Michael Dunlavy (Katie) of Neosho and Ryan Dunlavy of Tulsa, Oklahoma; his granddaughters, Iley Rose of Neosho and Ada Pearl Dunlavy of Neosho; and his siblings, Tom Dunlavy of Washington, Maureen Strobeck of St. Louis and Peggy McCloud of Virginia Beach.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Ovation Studios, 2111 South River St., Carthage, Missouri.
