He is survived by: his wife Connie Kelley; his sister Carol Plumlee (Lonnie Plumlee); his daughters, Kristina Welker (Kelley) and Karla Kelley; his grandchildren, Tara Porter (John Porter), Taylor Tyrrell, Colton Welker (Ashley Alvey) and Dylan Welker (Sarah Lauchnor); and his great grandchildren, Karson, Jace, Hallie, Lucas and Liana. He is also survived by other loving cousins, nieces and nephews.
