It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul Raymond O'Dell of Neosho, Missouri, born in Richmond, Missouri, who passed away on February 24, 2023, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert Aaron and Elizabeth O'Dell (Garner); and his sister Roberta Arthur. He is survived by : his wife Jeannie Figg; his daughters, Jean Bussell, Jenny Manning (Rick) and Judy Millet (Dennis); and his brother Mike O'Dell (Bonnie). He is also survived by five grandchildren.
