He is survived by : his mother Cheryl Waters of Neosho, MO; his siblings, Tena Waters of Neosho, MO. and Monty Waters of Pampa, TX; his nieces and nephews, Brandon Waldrip of Neosho, MO, Monty Cole Waters of Neosho, MO, Brooke Nielson (Travis Nielson) of Neosho, MO, Rylee Waters, Navy and Alleigh Waters of Pampa, TX; his great-nieces, Chloe Silva of Neosho, MO, Brielle Waldrip of Neosho, MO and Scarlett Testerman of Neosho, MO; his great-nephew Leo Testerman of Neosho, MO; and his friend Kevin Doan (Candy) of Pauls Valley, OK. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
