He is survived by: his daughter Emily Hill; his brother Carey Hill; his brother-in-law Greg Johnson; his parents-in-law, Clancy and Pat Kampling; and his siblings-in-law, Chris Kampling, Steve Kampling (Galina) and Janet Jones (Scott). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home Chapel of Memories (312 S Wood St, Neosho, MO 64850). A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 19th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family invites you to bring bags of M&M's in Rusty's memory, as they will pass them on to children's charities.
